Alec Harrison is a 3-time Emmy nominated composer for film, documentaries and games. He is passionate about supporting story lines with a musical narrative. Alec’s greatest strength as a composer is that he is filter-less. He has a completely unbiased musical taste and a refined technical expertise, allowing him the freedom to tailor his compositional style and approach to suit each project individually. Alec’s work spans from epic orchestral scores to solo instrumental pieces. While he enjoys the thrill of creating full, anticipation-driven scores along the lines of Monday Night Football, he also finds passion in telling intimate, character-driven stories. His work has been recognized within the Canadian film industry and internationally.
